Handmade Finishing

Every Knit-Muse piece is made entirely by hand, from start to finish. Subtle variations in size, stitch density, and bead placement are part of its individual character.

After creation, every shawlette is gently washed and hand-blocked to relax the silk and mohair fibers, align the stitches, define the lace pattern, and bring out the yarn’s delicate halo and drape.

Care

Gently hand wash in cool water with wool detergent. Handle the beadwork with care, then lay the shawlette flat on a dry towel to dry and preserve its shape. Do not iron.
