At Knit-Muse, we take great pride in our handcrafted accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition.

  • All original labels are intact and attached.

  • Safe Packaging: You are responsible for packing the goods securely for their return journey. Items must be packaged properly to ensure they are not damaged during transit. We cannot offer full refunds for items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

How to Start a Return

  2. Wait for Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions.

  3. Use our Label: We will compensate return shipping costs only if you use the official return labels provided by us. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse those costs.

Refund Process

We will initiate your refund after we have received and inspected the product. Once the item is confirmed to be in its original condition, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Handmade Disclosure

Please keep in mind that every piece at Knit-Muse is a unique, handmade work. Because these are artisan goods, slight variations in the knit or crochet tension are a natural part of the item's character and are not considered defects.
